Shipping Policy
We roast every order fresh to order at our facility in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and ship it out quickly so you receive the freshest coffee possible.
Processing & Shipping Times
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
- Most domestic orders ship via USPS Priority Mail (2–4 business days) or USPS Ground Advantage.
- You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
International Orders: We are happy to ship internationally. Rates and delivery times vary by country and are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.
Shipping Costs: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and shipping method. We do not currently offer free shipping, but we strive to keep rates as reasonable as possible.
Holidays & Peak Periods: Please allow extra time for processing and delivery during major holidays and busy seasons.
